Sally, a seasoned chef with an impressive background, is always great company, full of energy and frequently hilarious. What made this shoot extra special was the chance to work with the Stanley Pub team again to create imagery for a website update and fresh content for their socials. I worked with Sally and the team when the pub had just opened just over 12 months ago in August 2022 – Sally is a dynamo and so, a LOT has changed since – I was so eager to return and capture the beauty of the newly upgraded beer garden, the charming Stanley Produce Store, and the overall allure of this destination in such a quaint township.

By George has worked with Sally for many years since she returned to her home turf in North East Victoria, specifically settling in the picturesque town of Beechworth. Sally is a bit of a culinary legend around these parts and is known for her ventures, Taste Trekkers and Food Direct. Sally’s menu at the pub is a delightful testament to her passion for Asian cuisine. It embodies the spirit of sharing (or not!), fostering an atmosphere of camaraderie and enjoyment alongside exceptional drinks. I am eager to share the joy of her creations with the world.
